The location was central. The metro access made traveling simple. I also used the lockers. They made early check-in very smooth (a great benefit!). The staff was polite. Their help was invaluable. The building possessed authentic charm. I especially liked the proximity to many attractions. I enjoyed the short walk to various sights. The room was well cleaned. The beds were comfortable. Direct access to Gran Vía was excellent. A nearby bus stop offered more convenience.
The soundproofing was imperfect, and I occasionally heard noises from other rooms.

convenient locationbig wardrobecomfortable bed
the location proved very convenient! it was close to main attractions. the room featured a big wardrobe and a comfortable bed. nearby were many tapas bars, a definite plus.
the app was the only way to enter, i did worry about battery life sometimes.
